Today was Em's first day of 4-day/4 yr old preschool! She is SO excited about going 4 days (last year was only T/Th)! She looks so grown up in this picture! When we pulled into the school, she begged me to drop her off in the car rider line...ALL THE OTHER MOMS, let me emphasize, A-L-L the other moms, were parking and walking in their little ones...what to do, what to do? I debated in my head, because I wanted to hold her hand and walk her in, but I conceded, and dropped her off, just like my big girl wanted:) She was thrilled, and that's what counts, right? All the other moms will be in the drop-off line tomorrow anyway...
My plan for now...run with the boys in the double jogger while Emily is at school Wednesday mornings. (I work M/T...3 miles with both boys on Wed, 3-4 miles with Parker on Thurs while the "big kids" are both at school, "rest" on Fri with all 3 kiddos, run 4-5 miles solo on Sat/Sun mornings leaving Daddy in charge!...)
Parker fell asleep on this run, and Caleb encouraged me to "run faster, mommy, run faster!" Hard to do pushing all the extra weight!!!

you run first of all, but now you run pushing TWO kids in the jogging stroller. amazing. simply amazing.
good for you on the running! The double jogger is SO heavy, but hope to start the running routine soon :) Thanks for the motivation.
