I found some soy butter instead of peanut butter at the store the other day...looks just like peanut butter, but tastes kind of plain, not really good or bad. Parker seemed to like it...but at first was just more interested in sticking his fingers into it! At least the sandwich sticks together better than just a jelly sandwich!
